Melatonin has always been strange for me. I'd usually have the weirdest dreams and wake up once or twice. Recently while shopping I found 300mcg melatonin by Sundown Naturals. Decided to give it a try just to see what accurately dosed 300mcg felt like.
Much more effective than other doses. No weird dreams, no waking up. Just a solid, deep sleep. Highly recommend trying 300mcg, accurately measured, if you are having hit or miss luck with other doses.

That's nice to hear. I wonder what would happen if someone sold 1mg tablets with a groove for splitting while the patent was in effect, or a liquid solution.

It depends on how hard they would defend the patent. You can do a lot of things with enough legal budget.
