300mcg Melatonin - Much Better

Melatonin has always been strange for me. I'd usually have the weirdest dreams and wake up once or twice. Recently while shopping I found 300mcg melatonin by Sundown Naturals. Decided to give it a try just to see what accurately dosed 300mcg felt like.
Much more effective than other doses. No weird dreams, no waking up. Just a solid, deep sleep. Highly recommend trying 300mcg, accurately measured, if you are having hit or miss luck with other doses.

300mcg was patented that's why melatonin supplements are minimum 1mg
I seriously doubt you can patent a specific dosage of a naturally occurring substance. Source?

The only reason larger dosages of melatonin were being sold over the counter is because of our fucked up patent system.
