Bottom line is you didn't get to it in time to ship same day. That isn't my fault. It should have gone out on Tuesday. It's not blackmail to ask for something that should have been provided anyway. It's not as though I didn't get the payment in with ample time to ship and then asked for an upgrade in shipping. The block was confirmed at 1154am your time. It was priority shipping anyway.

It's blackmail to threaten to do something if the other party does not agree to your demands. You placed an order for $27 in products, then expected us to pay an extra $38 to give you USPS Express shipping, when we were talking about a one hour and thirty six minute response time to you. That's insanely unreasonable. 3:10pm is when we got your email. That's the absolute earliest we could have approved your order, and it only took my team an hour and thirty six minutes to check the confirmation, and set it to ship out. This is not a pizza delivery service, where we give it to you free if we are not there in 30 minutes or less. We do not guarantee all orders will go out the same day. Sometimes there are delays. We make our best effort to get orders out the same day, and 99% of the time that happens. Some days we ship out over 700 orders. My support team is extremely fast for the amount of things they have to deal with. However, they cannot respond to every single customer in a matter of minutes. It's just not physically possible with the manpower we have. I am sorry if you find that unreasonable.
Bottom line is that you threatened us to try and force us to upgrade your shipping, and lose money on your order. That's not okay, and why I stepped in to put a stop to it. You might be used to other companies pandering to your unreasonable demands because they want to avoid the hassle. However, this was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. Making threats for any reason is going to result in an automatic ban for anyone going forward. My team does not deserve to deal with that type of toxic customer relationship. Be nice to my team, with reasonable requests, and I will be more than willing to step in to help when issues arise. It really is that simple.
