There is some slight aid from L-Tyrosine, but the main depressive effects would still come at daytime doses.
I find taking Bacopa at night useful and L-Tyrosine 500mg in the morning for now, but I also feel like the days I've forgotten to take L-Tyrosine were still good days as long as I dosed at night. It's adaptogenic effects could affect people worst at mornings when cortisol levels are high and a higher state of wakefulness exists, it may blunt that effect in my opinion.

Yeah, night dosing of bacopa is key, it seems. The L-tyrosine should help the dopamine production side effects. However, it sounds like the acute depressive effects for you are more cortisol-mediated. That's probably a dosing timing fix.
