N-Acetyl Semax Amidate nozzle malfunctioning

So I have both P21 and NASA sprays from Ceretropic, the issue is that the P21 nozzle delivers powerful sprays via the nozzle and it seems to be working well, while the NASA spray delivers weak/faint sprays and seems to be malfunctioning. Should I try to replace the nozzle with the one on my empty spray bottle (also from Ceretropic)? Or is there an issue with the straw inside? Thanks.

Yeah no luck :(
Still delivers a faint shot and the liquid actually dribbles down my nose, as opposed to the P21 shot which has a loud sound and sprays deep into my nose.
