I wanted to pass on to you, especially to the Brazilians who are going to buy from the powdercity and NootropicsDepot to bring to Brazil, my experience about it.
NOOTROPICSDEPOT:
I made a purchase in the amount of $ 173.78 USD on January 13th to deliver in Chicago. The same day the order was despatched and arrived on the 17th. All correct. Fast service, practice, without any problem. I recommend and i will buy again!
POWDERCITY:
I made a purchase of $ 206.16 USD on January 13th. I had a friend who was in chicago and would return to Brazil on January 22, so I opted for a faster delivery: UPS 2nd Day Air. Less $ 15 USD to use this type of delivery.
At the same time as my purchase, powdercity already dispatched my order, arriving in chicago on January 17th. And on the same day, it left for delivery, but there was no delivery. Day 18 also left for delivery and nothing.
Day 19 I started to worry and I opened a ticket about my situation. In less than 1 hour they answered me saying that there was a problem with the ups and was refunded the value of $ 15 USD. I was quite surprised with the attitude because in Brazil this It did not exist. And the culprit was UPS, not powdercity.

I always had good experience with Powder city. Usually it took a little more than 1 week for shipping to Europe. Super fast.
Nootropics depot though... I made my order on 20th December (2016). Still no sign of my package :( even when I order something from China the shipping is way faster than from ND. Hope I get it anytime soon otherwise I will try to look into refund.
