A bit upset about inaccurate product labels online.

I made a post awhile ago(deleted for privacy) about having an allergic reaction to l-theanine due to the neotame. I recently checked l-theanine out and noticed it wasn't listed with neotame, so I thought they switched it up. I placed an order for a large bottle, and was quite disappointed when I received it.

I know this is partially my fault as I should have confirmed this before ordering, but it also makes me worry. What if I order another product that has sucralose but then I receive neotame? Should I confirm on every order that none of the products have neotame?

I just wanted sublingual l-theanine, but instead I payed $10 for a 30ml bottle and $20 for a 60 ml bottle.

Sorry about that. When we migrated the site to our new platform, an old label must have been uploaded instead of the new one. The developer we used in the migration really screwed a lot up. I'll have my team go through the site labels right now, and make sure they are updated.
