Problems with delivery to germany

Hey guys,
I received 9 orders from PowderCity last year without any problems. Even containing forbidden substances like phenibut and adrafinil. After they discontinued international shipping I switched to Nootropics Depot.
Out of 4 orders from ND, 3 were opened by customs and I had to either pick them up at the customs office and pay duties or it was returned and sent back.
Out of 2 orders from ceretropic, 1 got through and 1 was held and destroyed by customs.
Are here some german people at r/Nootropics? Where do you order your nootropics from and do you have the same problem?
Does anybody have an idea, why my PowderCity packages never got inspected?

Powder City was listing differently on the customs forms. One of our other customers told us that. We've just been listing them as retail goods, which seems to get more scrutiny.
Can you PM me your details, and the shipping methods you used for our orders and PC's orders? I'll look into it, and see if we can figure out changes to make inspections less likely. It seems to only be an issue with Germany right now.
