Nootropicsdepot.com problems paying for order. Can anyone help?

I placed an order with ND, my first time ordering. I came here from powder city but they don't carry some things I want anymore. I get the order in and reach the Bitcoin payment page but I can't progress after this point. There is a yellow box with a broken page icon in it that says "here's how to pay for your order" but there's nothing in the box. The help button takes me to zendesk which is confusing as it treats me as a business owner setting up an account. Has anyone else had these problems? How can they be resolved? Thanks in advance for your help.
