You can certainly try it. However, I bet you would get more bang for your buck with other compounds. I just do not see it helping your exhaustion, soreness, or lack of motivation in any meaningful way.

For a higher dose, yes. It's taken 400mg at a time. So 1,200mg would be 3x per day. Most people can take 400mg 1-2x per day, though.
