Canada Post lost NootropicsDepot order

I've bought my first order from NootropicsDepot a couple weeks ago. Usually buy from PowderCity but since they don't have Piracetam and there websites were unorganized I thought I'd try NootropicsDepot.
I was expecting to receive it a few days ago but it seems like CanadaPost lost the package... I used their ship to the post office service (FlexDelivery) and have used it several time for Powdercity and other International and domestic orders.
Here's the tracking: https://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/track/personal/findByTrackNumber?trackingNumber=LX281435663US&LOCALE=en&LOCALE2=en
It says Attempted Delivery, notice card left. The notice card is a handwritten slip by the postman telling which post office they're going to put it in. Lots of post offices here. Its should say ready for pickup at my selected post office and I'd get an email and they'd call. If the package isn't picked up within a period it's sent back (think it's a week?) I contacted CanadaPost about it and they said that the notice card is in Toronto? I moved from there recently and don't have a permanent address yet. The tracking says the package is in Calgary though. CanadaPosts' support isn't good...

Thanks,
Haven't heard back from CanadaPost yet, they're still looking into it... Your team contacted me an am getting a reship. Ordered 30ct of Phenylpiracetam but apparently it was out of stock for that size so they're sending a 90ct. Probably one of the best customer service I had. Piracetam is out of stock so it getting shipped later. Thanks for being active here on reddit and answering everyone's questions/providing help. I'll make sure to make a post about this once I get the reshipped package.

Sorry for my delays in response. I am in Las Vegas for Supply Side West right now, meeting with some of our suppliers and getting some new ones. So I have not been on Reddit as much as usual.
Glad my team is getting you taken care of. We are super swamped with new customers and orders right now. So that's why it's taking my team a bit longer than usual to get back, and why things keep running out of stock. Our automated production lines are almost finished, though. So once those get installed, our production capacities are going to drastically increase; which should make running out of things much less common.
