Canada Post lost NootropicsDepot order

I've bought my first order from NootropicsDepot a couple weeks ago. Usually buy from PowderCity but since they don't have Piracetam and there websites were unorganized I thought I'd try NootropicsDepot.
I was expecting to receive it a few days ago but it seems like CanadaPost lost the package... I used their ship to the post office service (FlexDelivery) and have used it several time for Powdercity and other International and domestic orders.

It says Attempted Delivery, notice card left. The notice card is a handwritten slip by the postman telling which post office they're going to put it in. Lots of post offices here. Its should say ready for pickup at my selected post office and I'd get an email and they'd call. If the package isn't picked up within a period it's sent back (think it's a week?) I contacted CanadaPost about it and they said that the notice card is in Toronto? I moved from there recently and don't have a permanent address yet. The tracking says the package is in Calgary though. CanadaPosts' support isn't good...

I just looked at our ticketing system, and my team has been going back and forth with you on it.
Did you call Canada Post and ask them to tell you which location to pick it up? Did you set a specific one when selecting FlexDelivery? Once the packages is in Canada, they won't give us detailed info on the packages if we call. They always tell us to have the recipient call in. I'd call back in and have them tell you over the phone what location it's at. Tell them you don't have the notice card.
If they lost it we'll get you taken care of, but you should be able to pick this one up still.
