Our creatine monohydrate 200 mesh is the same thing as Creapure. It's tried and true micronized creatine. Our creatine monohydrate instant is just more water soluble. So if you like to mix your creatine in water, then it will work better for you. If you mix your creatine in smoothies or with protein, then use the regular 200 mesh.
