[serious] Reducing libido slighttttly for increased focus

For those of us that have high libido, I would imagine that this can sometimes cause a distraction. I have a very high libido and I feel like it definitely impairs my concentration multiple times a day. Is there any safe way to slightly reduce your libido?

I've heard that propecia can do this, as it's a possible side effect. I also have some hair loss and slightly larger than average prostate for my age, and propecia main effects target both of those.

So I'm not really looking for a nootropic in the traditional sense, but if libido is causing me cognitive impairment indirectly, I would say what I'm looking for is still related to nootropics.

EDIT: pattern in the comments has been that if someone suggest a nootropic that decreases/increases their libido, another person will reply and say it has the opposite effect for them.

Yeah, a combination of slow rehabilitation (lifestyle changes/diet/supps/strengthening) and semi-regular ketamine infusions have meant that my 25mg/day has remained stable for a long time. And I can still keep my girlfriend happy! I'm not doing too badly for a long-term oxycodone user with an incurable genetic disorder.

Definitely. If it improves your life, and you don't have to keep upping the dosage, then it is working as it is supposed to!

My experiences with high dose (100mg+) tianeptine over a two month period

You need to start tapering off it now! You are not using it properly, and are going to cause yourself harm. Tianeptine is hard on the liver at those dosages. It is not meant to be taken at 650mg/day. Your usage is irresp
