I want to cancel my order because I will be short of money in the future. I wanted to cancel just 10 minutes after placing my order but could not find a cancel option on their web. I emailed and post on their facebook page 12 hours ago but no reply!
/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb, what's wrong with your employees? There have been many complaints recently. My order number is #165335, I want my money back.

Dude, it was Sunday. Myself and my team only get one day off a week. We are still a small company, yet we give response rates and shipping speeds that are close to Amazon's speed. However, we cannot have 24hr support like they do. I'd love to have all sorts of extra features on the site, but Bigcommerce is limited. It's not a matter of just wanting something, then having the feature pop into existence. I've asked them for plenty of features that they have ignored me on. Trust me.
My customer support already cancelled your order, but now you are telling them you actually want it... but we already cancelled it. You'll have to make a new order. We cannot undo a refund once we process it.
