For people with high Acetylcholine level, is it ok to take Bupropion (Wellbutrin) and Trimethylglycine (TMG/Betaine HCL) with Piracetam?

Sorry for my English.
I'm close to find the solution for my motivation. I would be very grateful if you guys help me out.
Is it good to take Bupropion (Wellbutrin) and 650mg Trimethylglycine (TMG/Betaine HCL) with Piracetam, if:
I'm a Piracetam responder, I take 800-800-400mg everyday.
And
I think I have high Acetylcholine level. I react badly to cholinergic stuff (DMAE, CDP Choline, fish oil, coconut oil). I also have good short-term memory but low motivation.

I react badly to Nicotine, which is a nicotinic agonist. Besides nicotine, I also react badly to cdp choline, fish oil, DMAE, coconut oil. All are cholinergic stuff.
But all in all, I just would like to know if I can take Bupropion, TMG (betaine HCL) with piracetam? That's all. A quick google search show mixed results.

Well Bupropion is a nicotinic antagonist. So it probably interacts poorly with the cholinergics you were taking.
Regarding the combination of Bupropion, TMG, and Piracetam, there are no big interactions that I can see. However, I would just be careful.
