For people with high Acetylcholine level, is it ok to take Bupropion (Wellbutrin) and Trimethylglycine (TMG/Betaine HCL) with Piracetam?

I'm close to find the solution for my motivation. I would be very grateful if you guys help me out.
Is it good to take Bupropion (Wellbutrin) and 650mg Trimethylglycine (TMG/Betaine HCL) with Piracetam, if:
I'm a Piracetam responder, I take 800-800-400mg everyday.
And
I think I have high Acetylcholine level. I react badly to cholinergic stuff (DMAE, CDP Choline, fish oil, coconut oil). I also have good short-term memory but low motivation.

It's hard to really say without blood work or other testing. I know you say you have high ACh. However, without data we just don't know. I always suggest people go get a full blood panel done before they start their supplement regimen, as there might be things that are easy to fix; like low vitamin D or B12.
