If you don't mind, can you please provide an update on your experience with Synapsa? What dose are you taking and does it help with depression and/or anxiety? Any information on what you've experienced so far would be appreciated. Thank you.

I was using the standard 320mg dose. It did help with mood and anxiety. I could take it during the day, and not have fatigue. It works pretty damn well.
