I do. I think the Synapsa is less sedating. However, the Bacognize is not sedating to everyone, and is usually only with higher dosages or for long periods.

I was using the standard 320mg dose. It did help with mood and anxiety. I could take it during the day, and not have fatigue. It works pretty damn well.

One human study on Synapsa used 320mg and 640mg/day, and found that the 640mg dose did not perform as well as the 320mg dose. So I personally stick to a single 320mg dose per day.
