I have tried my fair share of nootropics and stims, everything from -racetams, -afinils, RC, adaptogens, workout stacks..., etc. I just want to give Panax Ginseng (also referred to red and Korean ginseng) a nod because I was taken back at how effective it was to keeping my mind sharp and awake. In reality, what can be changed though? The supplement industry has Most customers are lazy, they do not do any research and just buy first thing they see pop out.

The ''in the know'' people will be aware of the shithouse that's going on, but how can one effectively spread the message across to majority of people outside of things like this sub. Tough task. If not impossible..

Things can change. We just need people to force it. I do what I can, but I am a target now, and I am super busy. I am in talks with others in the community about creating a nonprofit that can help push for these changes. I think it ultimately needs to be a nonprofit championing these issues, as that will help eliminate claims of bias from the equation.

For the first time, a vertical farmed ginseng reproduces the effectiveness on the focus of wild ginseng in a double-blind clinical study. Its composition in rare ginsenosides (Rg5, Rg3, Rk1, Rh2, Rh4) is close to wild ginseng. The mind-boosting effect is felt from the first day.
