High Schooler with ADHD.

I'm a seventeen year old male, 6'5, 190 lbs. I suffer from ADHD, and due to my parents being drug fearing folk, along with the small community I'm in, (Lots of tweakers who fake things to get drugs) I am unable to get a proper diagnosis of my condition. This also means there's no way for me to get medication to help. My grades suffer due to my lack of concentration, motivation, and my hyperactivity. I need a stack i can use to boost my memory, attentiveness, and motivation. I have a job so money isn't the largest of issues, but I'd like to keep the price of the stack under $40. Help?

Yeah, I do it for a lot of people. I get about 5 a week or so. It's cool, because it helps people to figure out what will/will not work for them.
