I take all types of Noots during my week most of the fat soluble I take days off and take most of the water soluble daily, these include piracetam, phynlpiracetam, oxyricetam, noopept, aswaganda and theanine...I simply cannot add choline or dmae at all in any amount without getting real bad neck pains...is this because I have to much or 2 little? I broke of a 1/8 piece of dmae from a 315mg pill today to see if it was still the same...sadly within minutes the pain was present.

Yes, that is very common. Usually too little choline results in headaches, and too much results in neck/shoulder pain. You might have plenty in your diet, and do not need to supplement any.
