Some of you may have seen the new vendor post about a week ago for a new product called PowerFocus, from Brainpower Nootropics . The owner has deleted it now, but you can see the comments in the link below; minus the comments from the owner, which have either been edited or deleted.

Now many of you know that I can be very critical of new companies that pop up with unfounded claims, over the top marketing, fake reviews, no purity testing, dangerous ingredients, etc. Lately others have been starting to jump in and question things too, which is a good thing. It shows that people are starting to push for higher standards in the industry. Admittedly, I can be a bit direct in some of my criticisms. Some may even call me an asshole. Seriously? A threat to waste his company's time? What can he realistically do with that? Sue for $5?
Edit: He specifically said he would send spam. That is not an admission of intent to libel. And if it were, intent to commit libel is not a crime.
Edit2: Sorry, I misread the above comment (and have no disagreement with what it was meant to say). I'm just not very fluent in gobbledygook. A comma would have done wonders.

Did you not read the full post? I ignored his threats. Then he actually committed libel and slander, by posting a review saying one of our products almost killed him.
A different customer on our Facebook saw that, and asked him what product he got.
This is his response to that customer.
So not only did he lie about buying our product and having it almost kill him, he made up a complete story about what product it was, and how it closed his airway. That's libel and slander, and is most certainly a crime.
