Any success stories with bacopa?

I've really enjoyed bacopa for its memory-boosting effects, but the increasing lethargy and caffeine lethargy has caused me to put it aside.
I'm curious if anybody here has had success stories with bacopa by combining it with something synergistic. I've heard people having success with bacopa thanks to exercise and/or vinpocetine. I've also heard CDP choline and polygala tenuifolia as possible solutions as well.
What has worked for you? Any suggestions on bacopa's lethargy mechanism?

Extremely excited to hear about the palmitoylethanolamide release. I have transient idiopathic urticaria and have been wanting to source some of this for awhile. Any idea as to whether the PPAR-a agonism is significant enough to be relevant to metabolism, similar to fibrates?

Yes, its EC50 for PPAR-α is 3.1 μM. Ciprofibrate has an EC50 of 20 μM. So its PPAR-α agonism is significant enough to be relevant.
