How reliable is Nootropics Depot now?

Going through some reviews, I'm struck by this reddit post in particular which is a huge concern. I'm willing to pay a premium for purity.
Specifically, I am interested in Tianeptine Sodium, Bacopa, and Theanine - and nootropicsdepot is the only vendor with all available.

i bought a large order of alpha gpc and it came all clumped up right upon opening..i have no idea if its "corrupted' but it makes it a pain to use

This is why you don't see any other vendors offering 99% Alpha GPC, and only offering 50%. It is a VERY hydroscopic compound, and clumps like that in minutes. That's just normal for the substance. We had a bunch of customers ask us to carry it again, though. So we decided to. Most other people just offer the 50%, because of how much a hassle it is.
We are now vacuum bagging all the 99% GPC jars, which will help a bit. Also, we are using a new desicaant technology now, instead of silica, which is much more efficient at absorbing moisture at low concentrations. Alpha GPC is actually more efficient than silica at absorbing moisture. So the silica packs were not helping. I had to consult with a company that develops various desiccant methods to find a better option. Our new packs work flawlessly.
But your Alpha GPC is perfectly fine. It is just clumped a bit. If it melted into a gel, then I would say it is degraded. However, clumping is not a big deal. I can send you one of the new jars with the new desiccants in it if you would like.
