No, this is a different batch. The one you got was tested and approved. This one is being tested right now. We are messing around with the HPLC methods. I think the issue was that my analytical chemist was using HPLC grade water with TFA in it. TFA is very acidic, and Tianeptine Sulfate does not like to solvate in acidic environments. She used DMSO to assist in the sample prep to get it to solvate, but it's not in out mobile phase. So we are seeing an extra peak from the DMSO. I am having her use these methods on a known good batch, to see if the DMSO peak shows up. If so, I am having her modify the sample prep to take out TFA and DMSO, then buffer the solution higher in pH. I was just in the lab. She is running the sample of the known good now. We'll see if I am right.
