Be careful with caffeine powder, because the margin of error from being a good dose, to being a hospital dose, is easy to mess up. It's probably safer to just use a caffeine pill along side your tea. You can mix it in the tea without issue, though.

This is a big problem I am seeing with people new to nootropics. They want to immediately jump into a stack, and do not want to put in the time to try thing by themselves, and see how each one affects them in isolation.
