I've been thinking about ways to become more productive with the limited time that I have. I've even written an article to research & brainstorm out the various methods that are immediately accessible to me. Since my knowledge & experience is limited, I wanted to ask you redditors what supplements or actions that you take to become more motivated & productive?

Does anything that improves brain function count to be a Nootropic?
I guess it depends on what you define Nootropic to be.

Everyone knows you need to sleep. The constant mention of it at the top of every post like this, in a Nootropics subreddit no less, is making a lot of people annoyed. There is a time and place to discuss ways to improve cognition using diet, exercise, and sleep. /r/Nootropics is not it.
