To start, just stop analyzing all that data. Most of it is bullshit, and the rest is painted in a light to suit someone's bias. That does not mean there is not good info in all that. It just means that it's probably not very useful for someone with anxiety that doesn't know how to sift through it.
Your first step should be to go to your doctor, and get a blood test. They can check for vitamin D and hormone levels, and give you a definitive answer on where to start. It's going to be a process to figure things out. However, that process is best started with a doctor, and done scientifically. If you have low vitamin or hormone levels, or are allergic to certain foods, the only way to find that out is through testing. Forget what you read experts are saying, or what your hippy aunt Solara is saying Monsanto is poisoning you with. A doctor will be able to get you some real scientific data to start you down a path to figuring it out.
