German customs seized and destroyed my Semax/Selank order worth 240 $.

So, I had to learn the hard way. My ceretropic order, which was meant to last me a few months was caught in customs.
It is definitely illegal to import Selank and Semax from the United States, at least in Germany. To be clear, they are not illegal substances, they just haven't been approved by 'our FDA' and therefore you cannot import them. Well, fuck.
What could I do different? Order in smaller quantities?
There are not many things that I envy about living in the US, but the easy availability of Nootropics is among them.

Really? Netherlands is a higher watched country then most due to the amount of weed people try to mail themselves and MDMA production.
I would say use a UK reshipper but after April you are screwed.

Shame NPS is coming online as i have enough capital(and experience) from my completely non-noot business to have done this. I would advise setting it up as Ceretropic EU under the parent company, that way your distributors losses don't get mixed in with yours and keeps businesses separate. Unless you are looking at straight selling the stock whole sale to them.
EDIT: also you get to make yourself a bonafide business owner in the newly formed LTD company and can play all sorts of fun tax games between the EU and USA completely legit. Being one of the legitimate owners with shares means if anyone screws around you can replace them and shields you personally from anything bad that could happen.
EDIT2: Seriously check out the formation of limited company laws in whatever country you go for. That way you have Ceretropic ship to Ceretropic EU then the distributor buys from the EU branch. Ceretropic U.S can charge whatever it likes to Ceretropic EU and so Ceretropic EU barely turns a profit and pay's no tax. This is what Starbucks do for there…

We have literally never lost a package or had one stopped in the Netherlands. It's also the fastest country in the EU for shipping and customs. Everything we send to the Netherlands gets there, and gets there fast. Plus, it's a great country! I am already speaking to someone there about it this week.
Don't worry about he corporate structuring. We already have an EU LTD company. I've been planning things for a long time.
