I took a closer look. The organization is listed as 'Domains By Proxy'. Googling them, it turns out that they exist to obfuscate the identity of the true domain owners--interesting.

Well our domains use Godaddy's domains by proxy service too. That just keeps things a little more private. Remember when I released the results showing Cerebral Health was selling mislabeled product? The owner tried to find out who I was by looking at the whois data. Having it private prevented him from screwing with me. So using domains by proxy is not necessarily an indication of ill intent. Them copying all our products, and not doing testing, is what I am upset about.
