Woah. Memantine sides. Can hardly stand up so dizzy. Confused.

I tried ceretropics mem for 6 weeks. Started on 5mg then went up 5mg every 10-14 days untill I hit 20mg.
Didn't feel a thing! No changes at all and no sides. Bought some powdered memantine from the guy on here that sells it and replaced my 20mg liquid with 20mg of the powder. 2 hours later - boom ! Worst brain fog and dizzyness you could possibly imagine. I actually can't leave my room its so bad.

Is it possible that the liquid solution wasn't working at all for whatever reason and I have just technically taken 20mg memantine at once for the first time?

The margin of error from "okay" to "you're screwed for the next couple days" is so low. It's one of the only compounds we don't include tasting on for our organoleptic testing.
