How much does my stack act in a counterproductive manner? What am I doing to myself?

Ok, I'll just get right into it. I'm a university student, neurobio/chemistry focus, so hit me with some terms if you can. Wake/bed schedule ~8:30-1am on weekdays.

I take nootropics, which I'll list below in a bit of detail, on an as-needed basis (for the most part)

I also take up to ~15mg dexmethylphenidate (Focalin) instant-release, in 4-5mg doses, 6 days a week, with the day off being dictated by much-needed wasting away, or physical sickness from the compound stack.

Now, onto the Nootropics. I normally take them in the morning after breakfast.

1. Centrophenoxine, 5 days/week, taken when anything else goes in.
2. Aniracetam, ~4 days/week, ~500mg, 1 dose
3. Noopept Intranasal, ~5 days/week, 1 spray (Ceretropic)
4. NA-Semax Intranasal, ~4 days/week, 1 spray
5. Pramiracetam, ~2 days/week, ~125mg, 1 dose (Ceretropic)
Taken as needed, for a "flow" boost. Probably my most valued dose.
6. Tianeptine Sulfate, ~2 days/week, ~40-60mg, 1 dose (Ceretropic)
My schedule puts a lot of strain on me, and I'm not in the best place. This helps me stay positive, and gives me more of a say in "choosing" happiness. I plan to try switching to less than once per week.
7. Memantine, ~7 days so far,…

yes, and interesting

Memantine seems to have helped, at least a bit. Any other comments on what you think could be interacting in this way? Maybe not taking it every day for the racetams? Thanks for your input so far!

Some people find Noopept to give them a bit of a fog. That could be it too. You will have to drop things individually, and see how that affects you, to really know for sure.

They are not talking about analogs of noopept. Noopept IS the analog they are discussing. The other compounds are not analogs of piracetam, either. They took inspiration from some of the functional groups, but they are V
