I tried to order from them but they only wanted a visa from china or something IDK. My order just wouldn't go through. Any idea why?

Our card processor is not ideal at the moment. Many people's card get denied, since the bank is in China. Since you are in the US, you can use Echeck. That is just like writing a check from your checking account, just all online. It's easy. Or if you would prefer using a card, you can email [email protected], and ask for instructions. My team is always checking our support email. Weekends take a bit longer to get back to you, but we will always respond.
