Ceretropic or Nootropic Depot order?

I want to place a rather large order (~$200). My stack is made of: Semax, Selank, Phenylpiracetam, Phenibut, Noopept and LGD-4033.

The big question: should I order only Phenyl, Phenibut and Noopept from ND and wait till' Ceretropic fixed their issue (card processing) to order the rest (Semax, Selank, LGD-4033) or should I go forward and order all of them from Ceretropic?

Also, /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb, how long it would take for my order to be delivered in Romania?

You can just use an ND gift certificate for the whole order.
