Ceretropic or Nootropic Depot order?

I want to place a rather large order (~$200). My stack is made of: Semax, Selank, Phenylpiracetam, Phenibut, Noopept and LGD-4033.

The big question: should I order only Phenyl, Phenibut and Noopept from ND and wait till' Ceretropic fixed their issue (card processing) to order the rest (Semax, Selank, LGD-4033) or should I go forward and order all of them from Ceretropic?

Also, /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb, how long it would take for my order to be delivered in Romania?

You can just use an ND gift certificate for the whole order. No need to wait.

How long it takes to Romania depends on the shipping method you choose. Our last standard mail shipment to Romania was Dec 16th, and it was delivered Dec 22. So that is 6 days.
