Does dlpa have strong chemical smell ?

I've just bought 250g from myprotein for 12$. I stack it with noopept. It has a chemical smell. It doesn't dissolve in water. Is it natural ?

DLPA is odorless and water soluble. It sounds like you got impure DPLA, or another compound.
