For elderly? Yes, studies have shown antioxidants improve memory function. For young healthy people? Probably not.
Complex antioxidant blend improves memory in community-dwelling seniors.
The relation between antioxidants and memory performance in the old and very old.
There are also animal models that show improvement in those prone to oxidative stress and elderly.

So it just depends on the person taking it. People with certain deficits, and the elderly, could very well have memory improvements from antioxidants. Young healthy people could have counterproductive results with certain antioxidants.
