As many of you know, yesterday, I had wrote a post regarding Ceretropic's payment system. Prior to the mix up, I had no knowledge of what was occurring at Ceretropic or even whom MisterYouAreSoDumb was. But now, after hearing about their hardships directly from him, I regret ever creating the post. Losing my debit card for a week doesn't even compare to the issues in which they're experiencing; and yet, they still find a way to supply customers with products which enhance and improve lives.

Sure, but assuming that you actually have a competitor making trouble for you, this should be an easy matter to find out who they were and possibly recover damages.
Depending on your goal, you don't even have to continue with the lawsuit once the discovery phase is concluded and while a lawyer makes the process easier for you, there are already forms available to let you do this on your own. :)

Ohh, I already know who it is. I've known that for a while. I've already had multiple discussions about the situation with lawyers. I'll work it out. Right now I just want to get back to operating normally.
