How do I open my vial of NA-Semax from Ceretropic?

I popped off the yellow cap that said "flip off," but now I'm left with a metal ring around what looks like a rubber plunger. How am I supposed to get this off?

Can the BA water get contaminated/go bad once opened? I opened it today and tried to use the dropper to push in the rubber stopper on the vial, then put the dropper back in the water. Should I order new BA water?

No, you are fine. Don't rub the dropper in the dirt or anything. However, touching it to the top of the vial is not a big deal.

They should have sent you a tear-off top vial. It looks like they sent you a regular vial. So you just need to use some fliers to gently take the cap off. Then you would mix in 2ml into the vial, then pour that into the
