Ceretropic requires bitcoin now?

I know the guys that run Ceretropic read this, obviously you guys can do what you want but it seems like you have decided that bitcoin is the only currency you accept now?
Originally your site stated you were switching to a new payment system but was removed. However, when you try to make a purchase you are given a completed order number on checkout but told you must pay with bitcoin which is very odd. And instead of saying you don't offer other payments it is very oddly worded saying if you weren't ready to pay with bitcoin you need to reorder and go through the checkout again. If you do this you still need to pay with bitcoin.
So, what gives, I know I would not pay with bitcoin and purposely avoid using bitcoin, if your only option from now on is to use bitcoin let people know so that don't go through the bogus checkout system and go elsewhere.

Well that clears things up, I wasn't aware that you were dropped. The way it looked based on the removal of your notification label followed by the order only giving you the bitcoin option even after going through the reorder made it look like you were trying to force the bitcoin option. Perhaps it would have been better to have explained the situation to existing customers instead of the way it went because in all honesty it looked really shady.

Anything would have been better than the way it went. We got approved, and confirmed with the new bank that everything was good. So we sent out an email to our subscribers, and thousands of people flooded to the site. Then everything froze a day later. If you could see our admin panel right now, it's just nuts. There are over 1,000 orders awaiting payment right now, and we were getting hundreds of emails from people asking what was up. My team was overwhelmed. To add insult to injury, my operations manager has been out of the office since last Wednesday. We are too big to have things go down now. We just get flooded with people.
This is no way shape or form is going how I want it to go. It make us look bad, and upsets our customers. I am working diligently to fix it. The new bank should have never approved us if they were going to freeze us tow days later. It was the most unprofessional thing I have ever had to deal with.
