Questions on MisterYouAreSoDumb's ECA stack modifications

Hey guys, I'm relatively new to stacking and nootropics in general, so go easy please.
Anyways, I'm in Canada and recently discovered you can buy pure ephedrine OTC, so I've decided to try out the ECA stack as a cheap and easy study buddy. I came across the modifications suggested by /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb in my research, and was looking for some suggestions on how to proceed.
The stack recommended consists of:
* Ephedrine HCL
* Caffeine
* Taurine
* L-Arginine/Citrulline
* ALCAR
* Na-R-ALA
* EGCG
* PQQ
* CoQ10
I'm trying to do this without buying any additional supplements, but I will if I have to. Anyways, on to the questions:
* I'm missing taurine and PQQ. Are there any health implications of simply leaving these out of the stack, and are there any reasonable substitutions I may have in my arsenal?
* For the EGCG, I'm not a fan of green tea and don't have any white tea, so can I get enough from a cup or two of black tea?
* I only have regular ALA rather than Na-R-ALA. Will the S-ALA in there produce any negative effects?
* For the L-Arginine/Citrulline suggestion, I'm assuming that means one or the other rather than both, right? I have L-Arginine…

ALA
I thought I read you say regular ALA was basically worthless as a supplement due to poor bio availability? Or was that something else? Or did I imagine that? haha
L-Arginine and L-Citruline.
I read L-Citruline is the one people should be taking and Arginine doesn't do much. Is there a good reason to have both? If you only had one which would you have? What's your dose for L-Citruline?

No, R-ALA is. Racemic does not hit the same peak plasma levels of Na-R-ALA. However, it still reaches much higher than the non-sodium salt of R-ALA.
I started with L-Arginine, and moved to L-Citruline. Now I am taking some caps with both in them. If you choose one, use L-Citruline.
