We just got pictures of the custom boxes that are going to hold the kits. They look so nice! Our logo was built into the magnetic closing mechanism of the box, and looks super slick.

The gel pack will act as a heat sink when temperatures increase past 75*F. It's not there to lower it past ambient. It's there for temporary spikes in temperatures. Unfortunately, there is no way to keep an ice pack cold
