The gel pack will act as a heat sink when temperatures increase past 75*F. It's not there to lower it past ambient. It's there for temporary spikes in temperatures. Unfortunately, there is no way to keep an ice pack cold for a 3.5 week travel time, even with dry ice.
We have a solution coming for people far away, though. We are going to release nasal spray kits. They will come with the DI water, lyophilized peptide in a vial, and an empty nasal spray bottle. That will allow you to mix them once the package arrives. Since the lyophilized peptide is much more stable than in solution, you don't have to worry about temperature issues during shipping. On top of that, it allows you to make your spray the exact dosage you want, rather than having to pick between a low/high dosage.
As far as the nozzle is concerned, it sounds like you may have gotten a faulty one. They should always atomize the spray. It does take 3-4 pumps the first time, to prime it. That is the same with all nasal spray bottles of that design, though.
If you want, I can send you a prelaunch spray kit, so you can mix it there. The custom boxes are not done yet. However, I can send you the components for the kit.
