We are doing a lot more process automation. However, we are growing faster than I can keep up with estimates. We are improving everything, but it is just taking us time. I've got a ton going on.
This time last year it was just me and Jason. Now I have 10 full time employees, and 7 part time. I spent $300,000 last month on new equipment and raw materials. We have contractors building us a positive pressure clean room with isolated air filtration system. I have fume hoods with HEPA filters for production stations. We have an HPLC now, and a new Thermo Scientific FTIR on the way. I have powder filling machines, lump breakers, and automated sifters coming. We are working with the Barrett Honors College at ASU now, offering internships to chemistry, pharmacology, and chemical engineering students to work in our production lab. We are going to work with ASU on some studies, and sponsor some student's theses. We are working directly with factories for custom dropper and spray bottles, along with new branded boxes and protective packaging. We have filed preliminary patents on new molecules we have designed, and I am working on some really cool new compounds. It's just a lot to do in one year!
