So, has this happened to anyone before? Is this... okay to use? I thought it was the gel cool packet but it's def. not leaking. Also of note. I live in the south and it is hot as fuck. The package it came in was extremely toasty, as was the gel pack... I'm thinking ordering this stuff when it's this hot just isn't feasible. Oh well. I'm mostly concerned with the liquid on the outside of the bottle. It doesn't appear to be leaking or broke from what I can tell though. Any advice here?
edit: I'm also purposefully not mentioning the supplier because it's not important; they are trusted and reliable with good customer service. Most of you know who it is I'm sure, but I don't want to mislead others who don't know. :)

As far as your customers, does that mean you'd still be able to sell to us?
So long as you don't get too cocky! :P I dont want to look back at 2015 as the glory days that didn't last nearly as long as I wanted.

Depending on the situation, yes. It might have to turn into a private invitation-only site for certain things, though. I always try and skirt the line between too cocky, and just cocky enough! ;-)
