Reliable NSI-189 source?

I've been looking in to/reading up on NSI-189 for months now, I'd love to give it a whirl. If anybody knows a reliable NSI-189 vendor, please PM me. Again, PM me only. Do not post it here. I know there probably aren't any domestic vendors at the moment but whatever. Anywhere reliable with genuine product is fine by me.
