N-acetyl-selank vs. Memantine for severe anxiety?

I had a post written out, which I subsequently lost, so will keep this pretty short, I guess. I have severe OCD, ADD and fatigued/anergic depression. I've found stuff like NSI-189, DHF, coluracetam etc. helpful for ADD/depression, but not much has put a dent in my crippling anxiety.
I was just wondering if anyone had found N-Acetyl-Selank useful for intrusive thoughts, or if it was better for physical anxiety? Does it dull pleasure/creativity in the way some anxiolytics can? Does it make getting to sleep on stimulants any easier?
Alternatively, I was considering going down the Memantine/stimulant route (pending I respond positively to Memantine .. I haven't in the past, but NSI-189 has reversed some of my previous 'paradoxical' reactions, and I'm curious to try it again), but wasn't sure if the combo was now considered somewhat archaic, despite it's popularity a few years ago. Is anyone still taking Memantine + psychostimulant? Even though beggars can't be choosers, I'm a little worried about loss of creativity on the combination, and subtle cognitive impairments (someone online once referred to it as 'pharmaceutical beer googles').

I am also interested in selank. I plan to make a semax/selank nasal. After quite successfully battling depression with help of nsi-189, my biggest enemy is anxiety. It seems like it is a basis for many of my problems and most likely major cause of my depression. I don't know if selank or n-acetyl-selank would work better. Or if at all. Phenibut does everything for me. Ashwaganda barely works. Hydroxyzine just knocks me out. I don't use phenibut more than once-twice weekly. Still it is not an answer. Any ideas if selak would touch the right spot?

Semax nasal is on the site now, and I am putting up Selank nasal today too.
Phenibut works, but makes me feel down for 2-3 days after taking it. I love combining Selank and Semax.
