You could look into Rasagiline and Selegiline, which are available as prescription for Alzheimers or Parkinsons I believe, or you can get them from online vendors eg ADC. They are quite different and I don't see why they couldn't be used together in lower doses. I'm about to try them out (separately, at first) as nootropics to increase focus/motivation/mood.
There are new drugs currently being looked at for these neurodegenerative diseases - one that interests me (as a potential nootropic for healthy, young individuals) is Ladostigil (like a next-gen Rasagiline). It is in trials in Israel and unregulated, and I wonder if maybe a vendor might look into getting it (paging /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb).
