Has anyone tried TLR's J147?

I recall this vendor having tremendous difficulty with the synthesis of this compound as they continuously pushed the release date farther and farther back but it eventually was put up for purchase very recently without much commotion. Has anyone taken it? It sounds very promising for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease from what I have read.

Colin is taking forever right now. We have been waiting for weeks for other samples, and that is actually holding up products of ours. We are buying an HPLC either today or tomorrow. So then all purity testing will be in-house. Then we will just use Colin for GC/MS and NMR, till we get that equipment too.

I'll probably call Colin in a bit. To be honest, our samples take priority over TLR's. So I am going to push him to finish those, before he does the TLR stuff.
